Caroline has also been designing, and writing copy and navigation plans for web sites since their infancy.  Today, much of this work is reviewing and re-structuring sites that have outgrown their original objectives. For every project, the starting point is a thorough assessment of what the site is aiming to achieve and how users will use it. This forms the foundation of straightforward and relevant copy.
